The carp is originally from Asia, but has been in Norwegian waters for hundreds of years. In Norwegian context this is a rare fish and it not so popular among fishermans. In our opinion, the carp is a very underrated fish. First of all, it is a super strong. It is incredibly beautiful and has wonderful shells if you take a closer look. This fish gives you a real adrenaline rush and deserves a much better reputation than it has in Norway today.
