The Atlantic salmon is often referred to as the pinnacle of freshwater gamefish or the the king of rivers. Don’t be fooled, the Atlantic can drive even the most patient souls to frustration. They’re certainly not easy to catch, but it’s just that challenge that makes the reward much sweeter. Southern Norway can boast still excellent salmon runs each season, which runs from June the 1st to August the 31st. We’ve an array of rivers from spate rivers dependent on rainfall to controlled rivers which are fishable all season regardless of rainfall. We choose the one that’s best at that particular time for guiding.
Our combined passion for salmon and sea trout fishing and many year’s experience in both fly fishing and other techniques has lead them to have an unique set of skills that they love to share. Their career has developed to such that they love guiding others to wonderful fishing experiences; that grin from ear to ear after time with us never gets old. One of our guides is both an European and International certified fishing guide, practicing paramedic with over 20 years experience in rescue, acute medicine and trauma, and accident scene management. Former House of Hardy ProTeam member. Guiding takes place in Mandalselva, Audna, Tovdalselva, Søgne-songdalselva.
